"Too Many Cooks!" is a whimsical yet informative public radio program about cooking, cuisine, and entertainment, live with call-in, featuring the Midwest’s consummate food journalist Patti Denton, and the international Gala Award winning special events designer Gary Bravard.
The program airs Wednesday mornings at 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on WICR at 88.7 FM, from the University of Indianapolis. The call-in number is 317-788-3314.

Wine Maven Jill A. Ditmire joins Patti and Gary weekly to share her latest wine recommendations. Jill is an Omnimedia Wine Specialist and an AWS Certified Wine Judge.

Nov. 19
Mrs. Chien-Tai Yang a member of the Taiwanese American Association of Indianapolis will again be preparing and serving traditional Taiwanese foods at the 2008 International Festival at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Mrs. Yang will talk about new menu items for this year's festival, to be held Nov. 20 to 23.

Luella Porter of Seven Springs Farm in Carthage, Indiana, will talk about her farm's pastured chicken, beef and eggs. But since it's the day before Thanksgiving, she will mostly talk about raising and preparing the bird of the hour, turkey!

Too Many Cooks! will stop producing new shows, for now, after Nov. 26. We will be regrouping, working on internet distribution of the program, looking for grants, seeking a major underwriter for internet distribution, and more. We still have the Indiana Humanities Council in place as a 501 c 3 to receive individual donations for internet expansion, and for grants.
